Shipping

Order confirmation

When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

Payment confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your payment.

(Should you not have already made payment kindly do so as soon as possible as goods are only dispatched on receipt of payment. When making payments to us kindly include your payment reference number on the deposit slip.)

Shipping confirmation

You will then receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your goods. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.

All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in stock. We do not accept international orders.

Orders submitted on a weekend

Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.
